I’ve shown you previously a few ways of making flavoured butter, and this one is by far, the easiest, and as a matter of fact, the fastest method🤓
In this blog post, we’re making compound herbal, garlicy butter, using fresh parsley and confit garlic (for a milder taste). So, if you are really short on time or maybe want to incorporate fresh ingredients into your butter, check out this post.

Making of a Herbal Garlic compound butter
- 250g Butter
- 1 bunch Fresh parsley
- 5 cloves Confit garlic
Ingredients, you’ll need
Directions
- Bring butter to room temperature (must be soft, but not melting).
- Wash parsley and pat dry. Get rid of any excess water.
- Chiffonade parsley.
- Paste confit garlic with a back of your knife.
- Set up a stand mixer.
- Mix herbs & garlic into softened butter.
- Mold butter to a desired shape, or follow the demo.
