I’ve shown you previously a few ways of making flavoured butter, and this one is by far, the easiest, and as a matter of fact, the fastest method🤓

In this blog post, we’re making compound herbal, garlicy butter, using fresh parsley and confit garlic (for a milder taste). So, if you are really short on time or maybe want to incorporate fresh ingredients into your butter, check out this post.

Making of a Herbal Garlic compound butter

  • 250g Butter
  • 1 bunch Fresh parsley
  • 5 cloves Confit garlic

Ingredients, you’ll need

Directions

  1. Bring butter to room temperature (must be soft, but not melting).
  2. Wash parsley and pat dry. Get rid of any excess water.
  3. Chiffonade parsley.
  4. Paste confit garlic with a back of your knife.
  5. Set up a stand mixer.
  6. Mix herbs & garlic into softened butter.
  7. Mold butter to a desired shape, or follow the demo.
