KLEFTIKO RECIPE
Marination:
– 6 garlic cloves
– 3 tbsp chopped oregano
– 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
– zest of 1 lemon
– juice of 2 lemons
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– 3 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
- Marinate 2 kg of lamb shoulder for at least 8 hours in the fridge.
- Preheat the oven to 320 F.
- Place the lamb in a baking bag, add 5 bay leaves, seal the bag tightly and place in the oven.
- Cook for 5-8 hours.
- Enjoy with a sauce of your choice! 🙂
