KLEFTIKO RECIPE

Marination:

– 6 garlic cloves

– 3 tbsp chopped oregano

– 1 tbsp chopped rosemary

– zest of 1 lemon

– juice of 2 lemons

– 1/2 tsp cinnamon

– 3 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Marinate 2 kg of lamb shoulder for at least 8 hours in the fridge.
  2. Preheat the oven to 320 F.
  3. Place the lamb in a baking bag, add 5 bay leaves, seal the bag tightly and place in the oven.
  4. Cook for 5-8 hours.
  5. Enjoy with a sauce of your choice! 🙂
